IGL-Elite S01 (3v3)

* League-Start: 10.09.2012, 20:00 CET

* Check-in: Deadline: 09th September before 00h cet via IRC channel #IGL
(After this date team who not checkin are deleted for this league).

* Schedule:

- Week 1: 10/09 > 16/09 > Round 1 & 2
- Week 2: 17/09 > 23/09 > Round 3 & 4
- Week 3: 24/09 > 30/09 > Round 5 & 6
- Week 4: 01/10 > 07/10 > Round 7 & (Match Postpone)

- Deadline is every Sunday, ex: for Round 1 & 2 the deadline is Sunday 16/09 22h cet,
(every team can ask for a "default win" after this time).

* Rules:

- IGL season 1 is played in BO2 based on map wins, the result of a match can end on a draw, ex: Win = 3 points / Draw = 1 points / lost = 0 points.

- Round limit is 11. (which means the first team to reach 11 points wins the map), no specs (only streams are allowed if an admin is aware of it).

- The team with the lowest "seed" STARTS picking the first map and STARTS attacking.

- If a player drops after 10 seconds at the beginning of the round, the players have to finish the round and then the game will go into warmup.
- If a player drops before 10 seconds at the beginning of the round, the round does not count and will be replayed (any abuse of this rule to get a better start of the round will be punished with a DQ), people should take a screenshot of the comment LAG + timer of the round as proof).

- Once the league is started, only 2 players can be added to the team by querying an admin !!!
- Every team has "2" wildcards to use by querying an admin via #IGL.

- No female models. A map can't be played twice.

- At least one team representative must be present on #IGL, IRC channel on Quakenet.

- After 3 Forfeit matchs, team is Disqualified to this league !!!

- At the end of season 1, the 3 best teams of each division go up to the higher division and the 3 weakest go to a lower division !!!
